In the Dutch Insurance business, SIVI (www.sivi.org) is the standardisation organisation to establish  electronic communication between insurance companies, brokers / intermediaries, claim handlers and other authorities. SIVI is an independent, non for profit organisation, founded by the Dutch insurance companies and intermediary organisations.

SIVI developed and maintains standards for different communication layers and several insurance domains:

SIVI maintains the All Finance Data Model which consists of more than 20000 standardized attributes, 300 entities and 12000 codes to build message specifications and XML-schema’s upon.
